Roter Schnee

Roberto Paci Dalò presents the performance Roter Schnee, “red snow”, from texts by Heiner Muller, in premiere for UOVO Performing Arts Festival in Milan. The space of O’, (O Artoteca Associazione No Profit) becomes a fluid and foggy place from which some scenic elements in animal form emerge. The images projected on several surfaces appear “white on white” and the architecture of the gaze is superimposed on the invisible architecture of sound.

After the preview in Berlin-Lichtenberg on 27 January 2006, inside Heiner Müller. Werkstatt. (curated by Klaudia Ruschkowski and Wolfgang Storch) is now being premiered in Milan Roter Schnee (“red snow”) based on texts by Heiner Müller.
Certainly not a new form but the live set format conceived as a real scenic event inscribed in a dramaturgy of space, sound and speech.

Heiner Müller. Werkstatt

Roter Schnee (Milan) is a further development of the homonymous project presented in Berlin on 27 January 2006 within Heiner Müller. Werkstatt. The Milanese performance sees a digital scenography created with images shot during the previous Berlin set up, together with live video with cameras and small objects on stage. The protagonist in the video is the dancer and performer Maria Eugenia Rivas Medina.
